Customer satisfaction is very important to us! However, if you need to return or exchange a purchase, please contact us to receive a merchandise return authorization (MRA) number. This MRA number must be obtained within 30 days of receipt of purchase otherwise returns without a MRA number will be rejected. In addition:
- The merchandise returned must be unused, in re-sellable condition and in its original packaging.
- The merchandise returned may require a restocking fee.
- The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
- The return credits will be issued once the merchandise has been returned and passed inspection.
- Credits issued will not include the original shipping cost.
For all returns, please send us the tracking number so that we can process your return immediately.
PLEASE NOTE: Please shop carefully, incontinence products, toileting products and products used for personal hygiene purposes are not returnable.
